At Esteem Interior, every project starts with locking your design before we talk about execution costs. You can only make a sensible budget decision when you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Here is our complete pricing structure, explained without jargon.
Step 1 — Invest in a Design Package
The design fee is your entry point. It covers 3D visualisations, moodboards, and 2D working drawings for every room.

Step 2 — Choose Your Execution Model
You have two clear paths once the design is approved:
- Turnkey — We handle design, materials, and execution. One team, one point of contact, one warranty.
- Only Execution — You manage materials; we provide professional labour and site supervision.
A. Turnkey: Design + Materials + Execution
This is the most popular choice for end-users who want a stress-free experience. We source materials, manage vendors, supervise the site, and hand over your finished home.
Turnkey is quoted per square foot. We offer four material quality ranges so your budget can grow with your expectations:

Best for rental homes or first-time buyers who want a neat, functional interior without premium materials.
