1. Services
Esteem Interior Design Studio ("Esteem") provides interior design, modular furniture supply, and project management services. All estimates provided via the Price Calculator on this website are indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after a site visit.
2. Project Agreements
All projects are governed by a separate Design Agreement and Work Order signed between the client and Esteem Interior. The terms of that agreement prevail over anything stated on this website. Work begins only after the design is frozen and an advance payment is received.
3. Warranty
A 10-year warranty is offered on modular furniture and hardware, and 1 year on civil and paint work, subject to the terms stated in the project agreement. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failure under normal use. It does not cover damage due to misuse, water flooding, structural changes, or acts of nature.
4. Referral Program
The Refer & Earn program pays a 2% commission of the referred client's total project value. The commission is released only after the referred client has made a minimum 20% advance payment. Esteem reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All 3D designs, drawings, and visualisations created by Esteem remain the intellectual property of Esteem Interior until full payment is received. After full payment, the client receives the right to use the designs for their project.
